As the recent&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.workplaceequityproject.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/The-Big-Reveal.compressed-1.pdf\">Workplace Equity Project survey&nbsp;<\/a>shows, we are an overwhelmingly white and cis-female\nindustry, with a leadership that is disproportionately white male dominated.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Events\nwere held across the world, from real-world conferences and panel events to\nTwitter chats, to discuss how diversity and inclusion could be better improved\nwithin peer review.
